It was clear to us that we had to go to Colombia with Patricia. We were sure that we would see the same transformation that we saw in Victoria in Patricia. In February of this year, the time had come. And the miracle happened. Patricia settled into the land and energy as uncompromisingly as the other two children. And in the play of the rough waves of the Atlantic we were allowed to experience their rebirth. The tender, lost creature that came to us in September became the powerful girl that she is today.
This experience strengthened us again in the idea for our center for regeneration. How nature gives strength to these children. How focusing on the essentials, being in the here and now can heal old wounds. We wanted to make that possible for other children as well.
And now it’s about to start. We are ready to find the place that will be the optimal place for our center. As we travel the world, we want to visit people and projects that work with children who have had a bumpy start in life, who work with families who have taken in children. We want to visit families who are foster families. And we want to take the most beautiful and valuable of all the ideas of how to support these children.
Our journey will serve to give even more of these children a voice to be heard. There are so many thousands of children with difficult starts out there who desperately need our attention and help to find their place in life. Because before freedom and self-realization comes courage. Machen comes before freedom and self-realization. We would like to invite you to become a part of something very wonderful. Be part of our community of CourageMakers. We need your contacts and support of any kind. Share it with friends, neighbors and acquaintances and see if and how you can help us to make Jana’s vision a reality. So that with courage and action, visions become reality.
Follow our journey there with our 3 heroines, see what we can accomplish and change together. Reach out a hand to these children in their need out there to not be forgotten and become a part of our ever growing family.
For us, personal development has to do with dedication to a person, to a topic, to an idea. This has freed us from our ego-centeredness to a felt WE.
