GDR and Wende
🦘I grew up in the GDR, in a classic family – dad, mom, two kids. And somehow it was clear I would live the same way later.
🦘After the POS, I learned the profession of a saleswoman for shoe, textile and leather goods.
I used the turnaround as an opportunity to reorient myself once again. I have always been curious about people and their life stories. That’s why it was clear to me – graduate from high school and study social work.
Work
🦘 Subsequently, I worked in almost every area of social work – youth work, addiction counseling, homeless assistance …
My trainings as a systemic counselor and spiritual life coach complemented my knowledge.
🦘After many fertility treatments, with two pregnancies in which the two star children said goodbye in the 3rd SSW, the way was then to adopt a child.
After this decision was made, it was clear to me that this is MY way to live family.
Family
🦘And that’s how Johanna, now 14, came to me 10 years ago.
🦘2018 Victoria, then 5 years old, followed in 2021 by her twin sister Patricia, as my foster children.
🦘I am so excited to go on a journey with this colorful kangaroo family.
